Refund policy
Generally all sales are final. Some cases where we may issue a refund or exchange product(s) are:
Product was damaged through shipping and/or you received a product you did not order.
Unfortunately lit candles and melted wax melts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds shall not be issued until the product has been returned to the manufacturer and is counted into inventory to be refunded or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all returned items.
Cancellations:
You can cancel any order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. All orders are shipped very quickly within a 24 hour period.
All refunds and exchanges are limited to Wicksium Candle Co discretion.
